I bought a old Maruti Suzuki Swift Car on 28 Sept, 2023 by paying Rs. 3,25,000/- After purchased of car, I spent Rs, 2,000/- for cost of CNG test on 26/11/2023 and Rs. 4,031/- 26/01/2024 after expired of insurance on 01 Dec, 2023. The odometer was reading 81000 kms at the time of purchase. After purchase, the car repeatedly gave me problems. I have to spent a lot of money within a short period of time (04 months). When I gave the car in Maruti Suzuki service centre on 01 Feb, 2024 for repair, what they told, I was shocking. The car had run over 132000 Kms upto 16/03/2022 and they have service records of the same and details of running of the car is not recorded after 16/03/2022. I realized have been cheated. i have call record in which he intimated that the car run about 80-81 thousand kms. he intimated that he was second owner and known about meter tempering but i cheated.
