My father along with a fellow associate was a security guard and they caught a theif and handed over to the police, The other person was forced to testify although the company they worked for did not support them and also DMRC whose property was stolen did not cared for them either so the other person had to run away now my father has been summoned by court after 4-5 years to testify but he has anxiety and can't sleep well and also can't remember things with that I also have lost my mother and his wife so he is in minor depression and do not want to testify as no one supports us with no guarantee of security. What are our options ? They also have a forced written confession that they took out from my father in police station which my father signed and wrote in fear because they physically assaulted him too.
