My house way is blocked and not allowing me and my family members Last one year. Even police are not taking any serious action against to them. Same time they broken the law of government authorities like tehsildar and SDM. In above last one year me and my family members are under tention and suffered by the way is blocked. We should approach to consumers courts or deformation case against to them.

You need to approach police and register FIR against them as they are committing an offence of wrongful restraint. If police is not ready then write to Superintendent of police.You can also make a complaint to the magistrate on which the magistrate will direct the needful
