Hello sir, Applicant had a god loan with manappuram finance.He died six months ago,now his wife,and two sons are his legal heir.Gold loan pledge was signed by the decesed applicant and he did not assign any nominee for that.In KYC applicant`s PAN CARD,ADHAR CARD and Ration Card was submitted to the NBFC. Now applicant`s wife cleared all dues against the said pledge and requested a death claim to release the gold. Manappuram objected in the claim and asked the signature and ID proof of decesed applicant`s mother.Due to some family disputes (decesed applicant`s mother) mother in law and (decesed applicant`s wife) daughter in law are not in talking terms,so decesed mother is not signing any document.Therefore Manappuram declined the claim requested by applicant`s wife. In this case does mother No objection or signature are really must,wherein applicant`s family is a nuclear family and mother is staying with another son. Please help

To whom the gold bongs ? better if she has a bill, and even if she doesn t have it enough if she has the reciepts if repayment. she made to the loan, Usually men do not own gold, and if she is nit able to show her ownership at least she should be compensated,
