Dear Sir, Please guide me on below issue, your help is must needed. Me and a woman are in deep true love and want to marry each other. She’s having a baby girl (1.4 year old) and I’m single. Now her husband is not taking care of her at all and she’s totally unhappy with him, he uses her like a machine. He neither loves her nor wants to leave her (for his social needs and yes he loves their baby but not her, neither does she) Now as he’s not leaving her 1)what should we do to get married? If she files petition for divorce and he doesn’t, then what may happen, can we live together? What if he doesn’t agree and files a case against us? 2) We both want this baby girl and so does he, so who can get the baby? What if we want to keep her with us? 3) after all we love each other then how can’t we live together? even she can't leave without me, does he need to be agreed too? Please suggest good path so we can meet with baby too with lowest resistance. Waiting for early response.
