in case the land still stands in the name of your grandfather then the persons in posession of the land are musguiding you please be careful and immediately file a an application for the partition of the land giving all the details don't delay. delay will be fatal don't believe other persons as every body is playing games with each other whether it be your close relatives So file application for partition matter and their stand will be clear
