father purchased a plot on lease deed and was converted to Conveyance deed than father made a registered will. Mother as 1st party, was given same powers as owned by father and divide property floor wise equally to two sons as Party 2 and Party 3. After the death of father mother also made registered will for the same property. The property was equally divided in the name of their two sons in the same manner as divided in father's registered will. No share was given to daughters by father and mother. Mother also died. then do I need to get a legal heir certificate for Probate or Relinquishment deed.
